Prediction markets went mainstream. Distribution didn't.

Riveel is media-native market infrastructure: prediction markets discovered through a short-form video feed, opened to everyone through free play, and supplied by creators who earn the platform’s largest fee share. We’re building the discovery layer the category is missing.

You already have opinions about everything. Now they will actually count.

You watch it happen, drop a comment, maybe argue in a group chat. Riveel lets you put something real behind your take.

The opportunity

The category found demand. It has not found distribution.

Prediction-market volume went from roughly $1.2B a month in early 2025 to over $20B a month by January 2026 — while the number of people actually participating stayed small relative to that volume. Growth so far has come from deeper wallets, not wider ones.

$20B+

Monthly volume, Jan 2026

Up from about $1.2B a month in early 2025 — roughly 16× in eight months.

~840K

Monthly unique wallets

Nearly tripled in six months to early 2026 — still a rounding error against short-video audiences.

Feed

The missing layer

Every incumbent waits for users to arrive with intent. Riveel puts markets where attention already is.

Figures: TRM Labs, “How Prediction Markets Scaled to USD 21B in Monthly Volume in 2026”; Pew Research Center on prediction-market trading volume. Third-party data, cited for market context only.

The thesis

Distribution is the bottleneck. Riveel inverts it.

Every major prediction platform waits for users to come looking. Riveel embeds markets in a short-form video feed, so people discover them the way they discover everything else — by scrolling.

Media-native

Markets live in a feed people already know how to use — discovery works like entertainment, not a trading terminal.

Creator-powered

Creators originate the markets and earn the largest share of platform fees — a supply-side economy no incumbent offers.

Free-first by design

A free play-money mode opens Riveel to everyone with minimal regulatory surface; real-money markets are peer-to-peer, on-chain, and Riveel is never the other side.

The model

2.5% of winning payouts. Nothing else.

Fees apply to winning payouts only — everyone else pays zero. $REEL stakers pay a discounted 2.0%. All fees are collected in stablecoins. Per $1B in annual winning payouts, the split at the standard rate:

RecipientShareAt $1B annual W
Market creators1.1%$11,000,000
Platform treasury1.0%$10,000,000
Validators (disputes)0.2%$2,000,000
Buyback and burn0.2%$2,000,000
1.1%

Creators earn the largest share

More than the platform’s own treasury — the supply side is the moat, so the supply side gets paid first. Positions are AMM-priced (LMSR), settled on-chain on Solana, and Riveel never holds funds custodially.

Tokenomics

$REEL: fixed supply, real-revenue burn.

Fixed supply of 1,000,000,000 $REEL. No inflation. Stablecoin fee revenue funds buyback-and-burn, so token demand tracks real usage — never speculation. Utility only: staking unlocks the 2.0% fee tier and market-creation rights. $REEL never enters a market, and Play Coins never convert to $REEL or cash.

1B

Fixed supply

No inflation, ever. Scarcity is structural, not promised.

Buyback + burn

From real fee revenue

0.2% of winning payouts continuously buys and burns $REEL on-market.

Stablecoin

All positions & payouts

Users never take token risk to use the product — $REEL is pure utility.

Riveel is

  • A neutral market facilitator
  • A content-native discovery layer
  • A creator-monetization platform
  • Built on Solana, settled on-chain

Riveel is not

  • Ever the counterparty to a market
  • A setter of discretionary prices
  • A custodian of user funds
  • A bridge from Play Coins to money
